You would think that sweet & sour chicken would be an easy thing to get right at any good Chinese restaurant. Sadly, this wasn't the case for me at my previous local takeaway. Having recently moved and heard good things about Kwang Tung, I decided to see if their sweet & sour chicken was any good. It was perfect. The chicken balls cooked to perfection and the sweet and sour sauce is lovely. Delicious dish, and happy to recommend.
